Essential Job Duties

1. Provide oversight and guidance for all College Care Groups.

2. Support the spiritual growth and care of college students and young adults through regular meetings and discipleship.

3.Manage the social media teams and event planning teams for the College and Young Adult ministries.

4. Assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing all leadership meetings for College and Young Adult ministries.

5. Support college-student engagement efforts on Sunday mornings at the Newberry Road campus.

6. Provide administrative support by creating and submitting all pre-approvals and purchase orders for the College and Young Adult Ministry.

7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Primary Job Duties

1. Serve as primary Front of House engineer for worship services.

2.Oversee and maintain all audio systems, including Dante audio networking.

3. Implement and maintain WAVES integration.

4. Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Allen and Heath Consoles

5.Oversee video systems for IMAG, livestream, and on-demand viewing.

6. Coordinate with Creative Director regarding the programming and operation of lighting

systems to enhance worship environments.

7. Maintain all AVL and broadcasting equipment.

8. Coordinate with Worship Pastor and Creative Director regarding the technical execution of

weekly livestream services.

9. Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd all volunteers for AVL and broadcasting roles.

10. Collaborate with Worship Pastor and Creative Director to support church-wide events.

11.Manage the recording, archiving, and distribution of all worship services
