The Music & Worship Ministry of Westside is a dynamic community of believers that are committed to bringing the hope of Christ to all people through music.
Whether you sing or play an instrument, you'll find a multitude of opportunities to use your gifts for the Lord at Westside.
From mission trips to music camps, worship seminars and major musical productions, we have creatively developed ways for you to be involved in the music and worship ministry of Westside.

Celebration Choir
The Celebration Choir is our worship leadership team, with membership open to adults, college and older. If you desire to share your faith in Christ through the use of your musical talents, we would love to talk with you about being a part of this ministry. We are involved, on a weekly basis, in leading our church family in praise and worship (that's in-reach). At special times of the year, like Easter and Christmas, we are involved in sharing the Gospel to our community through special programs and productions such as the Gainesville Christmas Festival (that's out-reach).

The Celebration Choir rehearses Wednesday nights at 7:15 in the Choir Room.
Celebration OrchestraThe Celebration Orchestra is a vital part of our musical worship experience at Westside.
Membership is open to experienced instrumentalists who desire to share their faith and their talent through this ministry.
The Celebration Orchestra plays every Sunday morning for worship and on special occasions like Gator Day, Easter and The Gainesville Christmas Festival.

The Celebration Orchestra rehearses Wednesday nights at 7:15 in the Worship Center.
Preschool & Children's Choirs
We have a fully age-graded Children's Choir Ministry that provides musical education, activities and spiritual training for children from age 3 through the 5th grade.
Choirs meet Wednesday Nights from 6:10-7:10pm.

Ensembles/Praise Teams
- Hosanna - College Ensemble - an auditioned vocal group open to college students. Rehearsals are Sundays from 4:30-5:15 p.m.
- Six Steps - High School Ensemble- an auditioned vocal group open to high school students. Rehearsals are Sundays from 3:45-4:15 p.m.
- One Accord - Women's Ensemble - an auditioned vocal group open to women. Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 p.m.
- Amazing Grace - Mixed Ensemble - an auditioned vocal group open to Adults. Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 p.m.
- Children's Ensemble - an auditioned vocal group open to children in grades 3-5. Rehearsals are Sundays from 4:00-4:45 p.m.
- Glorybells, our Handbell Choir, rings 3 octaves of bells. There are openings for ringers. Rehearsals are Mondays from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Choir Room.
