Open Gym Hours

There is a $1.00 charge for players on open nights (if not an FLC member) to cover equipment costs. Times are subject to change during league play. Please refer to the FLC schedule for the most up dated information.

Open Volleyball: Mondays & Fridays 7:00-9:00pm

Open Soccer: Sundays 7:30pm-9:30pm

Open Basketball: (Free) Tuesdays & Fridays 6:00am-7:30am

CHOICES of Alachua County Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are offered in the Family Life Center. Everyone is welcome, and there is NO charge. Just come by!

Core Synergy: Tuesdays 6:00-7:00p in F130 *NEW CLASS*

Sports Conditioning: Saturdays 11:00 am in the FLC, and a *NEW CLASS* on Fridays from 6:00-7:00pm in the gym.

Zumba: Saturdays 12:00-1:00 in the FLC Gymnasium
