“Can you think of someone for whom you would walk through walls?”
The Servant, by James Hunter is a book about leadership based on love. It is a worthy read.
The question was asked, “Can you think of someone for whom you would walk through walls?” Then the request was to list the qualities of that person. The top ten qualities were these: trustworthy, good role model, caring, committed, good listener, accountability, treats others with respect, encouraging, positive, and an appreciation for people.
Then the question was asked, “How many of these qualities do you display in your life?”
Well, for most of us, we display some more than others. The good news is that we can grow and increase each of these qualities in our lives and positively impact our own lives and the lives of those around us.
This will be our focus as we gather this Sunday. It will be a great day. Pray, prepare, come with anticipation, and be on time. The very first minute is important as we begin worship and our Bible Study classes.
And remember- High Attendance Sunday is the 29th as we celebrate our 48th anniversary as a church. Invite family, friends, and neighbors to join us!
See you Sunday with a smile on your face, a Bible in your hand, and a friend by your side.
God Bless,
PASTOR GARY

Gary, did you get a chance to take a look at my book? I played basketball at your place this morning at 5:30 and heard Tim Tebow will be speaking at your church. If this is correct, I’d like you to give him a copy of my book. I hope to hear from you. FG
